Fever (Bukhar) jism ki aesi kefiyat ko kehte hain. Jis mein is ka temperature mamool se ziyada ho jata hai. Is ki aik pehchan jismani nizaam ke mamool mein beqaiydegi aa jana hai. Yeh aik aam marz hai jo bachon aur barhon dono ko lahaq ho jata hai.
Sehatmand insani jism ka normal temperature 36.9 se 37.5 degree ya 98.4 se 99.5 Fahrenheit rehta hai. Tahum is mein mamoli farq ka daromadar khuraak, exercise aur mahaul ke temperature bhi hota hai. Fever Treatment at Home (Bukhar Ka Gharelu Ilaj) Tulsi :
Tulsi ya nazbo ke patte aam Bukhar (fever) ke ilaj ke liye mutadid maussir gharelo ilaj mein se aik hain. Yeh kae qisam ke fevers mein shafi hain. Barsaat ke mausam mein jab malaria aur bones ka torh bukhar phel jata hai to tabeeb is ke tadraak ke liye Tulsi ke fresh leaves ko chai ki patti ke sath boil kar ke peene ka mashwara dete hain. Shadid qisam ke fever mein patton ka joshanda half liter pani mein pisi hui choti ilaichi ke sath tayyar kar ke sugar aur milk mila kar istemal karne se Bukhar (fever) ki hiddat kam ho jati hai.

Fenugreek:
Is ke seeds se bani hui tea bhi Bukhar (fever) utarne mein konain jaisi taseer rakhti hai. Yeh tea din mein 2 baar peeni chahiye. Masfaa aur maskan mashroob hone ki wajah se bhi is ki aehmiyat barh jati hai. Fenugreek ke seeds ko pani mein bhigoey to yeh halke se lesdaar ho jate hain. Chunache un se bani tea sputum ke thos ijtemaat ko tehleel kar ke kharij karti hai.

Saffron:
Zafraan se bani tea bhi fever ke tadraak karti hai. Yeh tea banana ke liye 30 ml boil hue pani mein half spoon zafraan dalte hain. Mareez ko har ghante ke bad is tea ka 1 spoon us waqt tak den, jab tak temperature normal na ho jaey.

Raisins:
Aam fever ke ilaj ke liye kishmish ka nichore istemal karna mufeed rehta hai. Yeh nichore tayyar karne ke liye raisins ke 25 daney half cup pani mein bhigo den. Kuch dair ke bad isi pani mein kishmish ke dano ko kuchal den, phir is pani ko chaan len. Kishmish ka yeh pani aik tonic ban jata hai. Is pani mein half tea spoon lemon juice shamil karne se is ka zaiyqa aur afadiyat barh jate hain. Yeh bukhar ki lajawab medicines sabit hoti hai, din mein 2 baar istemal karen.

Apricot:
Aik cup fresh apricot juice mein 1 tea spoon glucose ya honey fever ke dauran sukoon bakhsh aur hararat zaiyl karne wala mashroob hai. Yeh piyas ki shiddat khatam karta hai aur jism se fasid maddon ko kharij karta hai. Is se aankhon, meyde, liver, heart aur aesaab ko nae taqat o tawanai milti hai.

Grape Fruit:
Mukhtalif qisam ke fevers mein chakotra ka juice umdah ghiza hai. Yeh piyas bujhata aur fever se peyda hone wali jalan ka aehsaas door karta hai. Grape fruit ka half glass juice itni miqdar mein pani mila kar peena chahiye.

Tangerine:
Har qisam ke fever mein jab digestion ki quwwat buri tarha mutassir ho jati hai. To sangtara aik mauzoo tareen ghiza sabit hota hai. Mareez ke khoon mein zehriley asraat hote hain aur loaab dehan ki kami se is ki zaban par white maddey ki the charh jati hai. Chunache is ki piyas khatam ho jati hai aur bhook ki khuwahish mit jati hai. Khush zaiyqa sangtare ka juice un masaiyl par qaboo pane mein madad deta hai. Yeh tawanai muhayya karta hai. Gandana:
Mukhtalif bukharon ke liye gandana aik maroof dawa hai. Is ka garam joshanda bohat mutassir sabit hota hai. 250 ml pani mein 15 gram gandana daal kar josh den. Yeh joshanda din mein 2 bar peena chahiye. Is ke istemal se khoob paseena aata hai. Jis ke natijey mein fasid mawad kharij ho jata hai aur bukhar utar jata hai.

Ponarnawa:
Yeh har qisam ke bukhar utarne mein mufeed hai. Yeh tanaffus tez kar ke jismka temperature kam karne mein madad deti hai. Ise joshanda ki shakal mein din mein 2 bar istemal karen. 15 gram ponarnawa ko 250 ml pani mein josh de kar tayyar karte hain.

Ghizaai Tarteeb:
Patient ko tangerine ke juice ke sath kuch din juice fast par rakhen. Subha 8 baje se raat 8 baje tak har 2 hours ke bad ise aik sangtare ka juice aik glass neem garam pani mein daal kar den. Jab jism ka temperature kam ho kar normal ho jaega to zaban bhi saaf ho jaegi. Agle chand din tak mareez ko sirf fruits par mushtamil ghizaon par rakha jaey. In dino mein ise din mein 3 baar fresh juicy fruits diye jaey. Bad mein ise batadreej thos ghiza par laya jaey. Tahum yeh ghizaey is ki umer ki mutaqbat se hon. Ghizaon mein fresh fruits aur kachi aur mamooli si pakki sabziyon par ziyada zoor diya jaey.

Deegar Iqdamaat:
jab mareez Malte ka juice fast par ho to in dino daily neem garam pani ka anima diya jaey ta ke is ki intestines saaf ho jaey. Sir par thandi pattiyan rakhi jaey, lekin yeh is soorat mein zarori hota hai ke jab bukhar 103 darjey yani 39.4 degree se ziyada ho jaey agar pattiyan faiyda na den to pore jism par thanda pack lagaya jaey. Yeh pack din mein 3 hours ke bad istemal karen aur har dafaa ise aik ghante ke qareeb lagaey rakhen. Garam pani ki bottles paon aur pehloun par rakhi ja sakti hain.
