Khansi Ka Gharelu Ilaj In Urdu
Grapes:
Khansi (Cough) ke maussir gharelo ilaj mein aik grape ka istemal hai. Grapes lungs ko nae taqat dete hain aur balgham aur fazil maddon ke ikhraaj ka zariya bante hain. Grapes ka istemal halki phulki thanda aur khansi ko 2, 3 dino mein thek kar deta hai. Aik cup angoor ka juice aur 1 tea spoon honey khansi (Cough) mein aafaqa yaqeeni banata hai.

Almond:
Khushk khansi ke tadraak ke liye almond bohat achi ghiza hain. Almond ki 7 giryan raat bhar pani mein bhigoey rakhen aur subha inka brown chilka utar den phir in ka bareek paste banane ke liye achi tarha pees len. 20 gram butter aur isi miqdar mein sugar us paste mein shamil karen aur yeh paste majoon khansi se nijaat ke liye subha o sham istemal karen.

Onion:
Kache piyaz bhi khansi (Cough) ka umdah ilaj hai. Is sabzi ko bareek pieces mein kaatkar is ka juice pani nichore kar nikal len. 1 tea spoon yeh juice 1 tea spoon honey mein mila kar 4, 5 hours ke liye parha rehne den. Aik umdah cough syrup tayyar ho jaega. Ise din mein 2 baar istemal kiya jaey. Sputum kharij karne ke liye bhi piyaz bohat mufeed hai. Aik darmiyane size ka onion kuchal kar is mein aik adad lemon ka juice shamil kar len. Zaiyqa aur afadiyat barhane ke liye is mein 1 tea spoon honey shamil kar den. Yeh dawa din mein 2 ya 3 baar len.

Turmeric:
Turmeric plant ki roots ko dry cough mein maussir taur par istemal karte hain. Roots ko bhoon kar safoof bana len. Yeh safoof 3 gram miqdar mein din mein 2 bar yani subha o sham khaey.

Baheerha:
Khansi (Cough) se nijaat ke liye baheerha aik aazmoda gharelo ilaj hai. Is ka phal namak, falfal daraz aur honey mila kar majoon tayyar karte hain. 2 gram gooda ¼ tea spoon namak, half tea spoon falfal daraz aur 2 tea spoon honey se yeh majoon tayyar kar ke din mein 2 martaba istemal karen. Khansi ke liye shafi hai. Khansi aur balgham ke liye aik nuskha ke mutabiq baheerha ke pake hue fruit ko gandun ke flour mein lappet kar bhon’ne ke bad khaya jata hai.

Raisins:
Kishmish se bani hui chatni bhi khansi ke ilaj ke liye mufeed hai. 100 gram kishmish pani ke sath pees kar 100 gram sugar milaey aur garam karen. Yeh malghoba chatni ki soorat ikhteyar kar jaega. Use mehfooz kar len, daily sote waqt is mein se 20 gram kha len.

Alsi ke Seeds:
Sakht, khushk khansi (Cough) jis mein balgham ka ikhraaj bohat mushkil ho, is ke ilaj ke liye Alsi ke Seeds istemal karen. Yeh sputum ko tehleel kar ke ikhraj mumkin banati hai. Alsi ke seeds se bani hui tea bhi yeh shikayat door karti hai.

Ghizaai Tarteeb:
Shadid khansi (Cough) ki soorat mein patient ko kuch din malt eke juice ke sath juice fast par rakhen. Malta ka juice aur pani mila kar dete rahen. Yahan tak ke shiddat kam ho jaey. In dino mein daily teeno khane sirf juicy fruits par mushtamil hone chahiye. Jin mein apple, pear, grapes, grape fruit, Malta, pineapple, peach aur watermelon khaey jaey. Peene ke liye sugar ke bina lemon water ya thanda ya garam simple pani diya jaey. Fruits ki khuraak par rehne ke bad mareez mutawazin ghizaon ko apna sakta hai. In mein bhi salim anaaj, kachi aur paki hui sabziyan aur fresh fruits diye jaey.
Mareez ko meat, sugar, tea, coffee, hot spices, pickle, process kiye hue khano aur pise hue anaaj se parhez karni chahiye. Ise soft drinks, sweets, ice cream aur sugar aur white flour se bani ghizaon se bhi gurez karna chahiye.
