Khoon (Blood) ki kami se murad Khoon (blood) mein haemoglobin ki kami hai. Ise simple language mein surkh zarrat ki kami kaha jata hai. Beetroot:
Anaemia ke ilaj mein beetroot bohat mufeed rehte hain. Beetroot ke juice mein potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sulphur, iodine, iron, copper, carbohydrates, protein, chiknaai, vitamin B 1, 2, 6, niacin aur vitamin B paey jate hain. Honey : Juzo badan ban kar haemoglobin banane mein honey qabil e zikar kirdar adaa karta hai. Is afadiyat ka sabab honey mein paaey jane wale iron, copper aur manganese jaise anasir hain.

Deegar Ghizayein:
Mazkora fruits aur vegetables ke ilawa kae aur aesi ghizaeyn hain jin mein iron paya jata hai. Chunache yeh Anaemia ke maussir ilaaj sabit hoti hain. In ghizaon mein ziyada aeham Banana, black pepper, aalo Bukhara, Strawberry, Raisins, Onion, Karhi leaves, aur tomato shamil hain.

Ghizai Tarjihaat:
Anaemia aur khoon (blood) ki kami ke ilaj mein ghiza ko san se ziyada aehmiyat hasil hai. Saaf shuda khano mein safed roti, meyda polish kiye hue rice, sugar waghera badan ko zarori iron se mehroom kar dete hain. Iron ko tarjeeh taur par is ki qudrati namiyati shakal mein ghizaon ke zariye lena chahiye. Ghizaon mein ziyada zoor kachi vegetables aur fresh fruits par dena chahiye kyun kein mein iron khob hota hai.

Deegar Iqdamat:
Anaemia mein thande pani ke ghusal ka mashwara diya jata hai. Patient ko ibteda mein aehtiyat ke sath din mein 2 dafa thnda ghusal karna chahiye aur phir pani ki thandak barhate chale jana chahiye. Is dauran haftey mein 5 se 10 minute hot Epsom bath aur kabhi kabhar steam bath bhi lena mufeed hai. Dhoop ka ghusal bhi mufeed rehta hai. Kyun ked hoop surkh khuliyon ki peydawar ko tehreek deti hai. Deegar aeham awamil jo Anaemia ke ilaj mein madadgaar sabit hote hain. In mein gehre saans lena aur peydal chalne jaisi exercises hain.
