Hazma Ka Ilaaj :
1. Patients ke liye mutawazin ghiza khana lazmi hai. Har mareez ko is ke mizaaj ke mutabiq ghiza ka intekhab karna chahiye.
2. Ghiza khob chaba kar khani chahiye aur kabhi bhi jaldi mein thonsni nahi chahiye.
3. Khate waqt mizaj khush, mahaul khamosh, dil khushkun aur dilchasp hona chahiye.
4. ghiza khane ke forum baad Tobacco noshi hargiz na ki jae.
5. Ghiza ko khob pakaya jae, ghiza marghob aur bhook lagne wali honi chahiye aur aitedaal ke sath khani chahiye, yani na kam na ziyada.
6. Ghiza khane ke bad tabiyat ko ghabrahat aur heyjaan se door rakha jae.

Phool gobhi mein garlic kaat kar kafi miqdar mein dala jae. Pakorey bajae oil ke ghee mein fry kiye jaey. In mein sabzi ziyada aur besan kam ho. Gosht ki boti ke bajae mehaz shorba he istemal kiya jae, kyun ke sara asar shorbey mein aa jata hai aur boti mehaz pait ke qabz ya deegar fasad ke liye reh jati hai. Baraf shazo nadir aur sirf is had tak istemal ho ke pani garam na rahe. Waise baraf hai gher qudrati cheez aur maujoda saddi ke insaan ki sehat ke bigharne wale asbaab ki sartaaj. Rabrhi, khoya waghera bhi qudrati chezen hain. Doodh ko jala jala kar yeh chezen hasil ki jati hain. In se hamare jism ko faiyda naam tak ko nahi pohanchta.
