Because of constipation, you may face many other diseases as headache and heart problem. If you do not use vegetables and fruits, eat oily food, changing in your eating time are the causes of constipation. (Qabz ) Constipation

Qabz in amraz mein samil hai jin ka shikar aaj kal beshtar afrad hain, ese tehzib jaded ka tohfa qarar dena munasib ho ga. Is marz ke shikar afrad mein umar ki koi qead nahi hai. Qabz ko umul amraz kaha jata hai, yani bemariyon ki maa. Is se kai amraz janam lete hain. Qabz ka matlab hai ijabat ka bar waqat na hona. Is ki mutadid iqsam hain, jin mein waqat par ba faraghat ijabat ka na hona, sakht kism ka baraz kharij hona, do teen din tak ijabat ka na hona aur ijabat ke waqat diqat hona wagherah shamil hain. Qabz na hone ki alamat ye hai ke 24 ghante mein aik bar ijabat bagheir diqat ya bagheir adwiya ke waqat par ho jaye.
Jab hum ghiza khate hain to ye mede mein jati hai, jahan se nikal kar choti aant mein dakhil hoti hai ti hazme ka amal nisbatan tez ho jata hai. Choti aant se mazid qabil e hazam banati haiaur ghiza ka maya hissa bari aant mein takmil ko phohanchta hai, yani pani jazb ho kar baqi hissa fazle ki sorat akhteyar kar leta hai, jo hamare shikam ke bayein taraf aahista aahista harqat karta hai aur qolon ke sath sath utarne lagta hai. Ye pora amal aur fazlat ka ikhraj sehat ke leye bohat zarori hai, albata is amal ki rafter mukhtalif ajza mein mukhtalif ho sakti hai.
Agar hazam ka amal sust ho to ijabat khushk aur sakht ho sakti hai is ko qabz khete hain, jo baz uqat khatarnak soraat akhteyar kar leti hai. Qabz ki sorat mein peat mein girani aur tabyat mein bacheni hoti hai. Mazaj mein chirchira pan aur susti ajati hai. Mun se badbo ane lagti hai aur badbo dar riyah kharij hone lagti hai. Abz uqat sar mein dard aur ikhtalaj e qalb (dil dobna) ki shikayat hoti hai.bhook kam lagti hai. Baz logon ko kamar mein dard bhi hota hai. Fazlat ke jama hone se riyah peda hote hain, agar ye kharij nah on to taklif mein mazed izafa ho jata hai. Phir bhook to usi waqat lage gi jab pheli ghiza kharij ho gi aur mazid ghiza ke dakhle ke leye jaghah bane gi.
Qabz (constipation) hone ke kya asbab hain. Baz infaradi hite hain, yani abteda mein ijabat ko dabana, ijabat ki khuwahish par ghaflat karna wagherah shamil hain. Sheron mein rehne wale log jo ke reshe (fiber) ka istemal nahi karte aur fruit ban, kabab aur shermal bakasrat khate hain, phalon aur sabziyon ke bajaye roghani aur tali hoi ghizaon se raghbat rakhte hain, qabz mein mubtala ho jate hain. Nuqs e taghziya ye elawa baz bori aadat bhi qabz ka sabab banti hain. Chunacha jazbat bhi hazme mein aik gona ahmiyat ke hamil hain. Ghizai uqat mein bad nazmi se bhi ijabat ka nizam mutasir hota hai. Baz uqat adwiya ke istemal aur baqasrat tambako nushi aur chai nushi se bhi qabz rehne lagta hai. Is ke elawa aanton ki harkat, ikhraji qowat ki kami, aanton mein ratobat ki kami, saqil ghizaon ka ziyadah istemal, aram talbi,warzish ka foqdan aur pani ke kam istemal se bhi qabz ka marz lahaq ho jata hai.
Qabz ka asal ilaj ye hai ke ibtedai umar se hi bachon mein sehatmand aadat ka shaor peda kia jaye. Is hawale se walden par aham zimedari hai. Qabz kusha adwiya ka asal maqsad waqati aram hota hai, kyun ke mariz ko jo zehni aur jismani awariz lahaq hote hain in mein waqati aram zarori hota hai. Log asan tariqa samajh kar adwiya ke adi ho jate hain. Dosri adwiya ki tarah in ke bhi muzir asrat hote hain. Aanton mein bal parne se ishal ho kar jism mein pani kam hota hai. Is tarah aanton ke reshon aur azlat ko nuqsan hota hai. Qabz ki adwiya hameshah mualij ke mashware se len. Qabz ka ilaj sab ke lye aik jesa nahi ho sakta. Abtida mein aur halke qabz mein hajam barh jane wali adwiya maslan aate ki bhosi o bagheir chana aata khaein, ghiza mein phal, sabziyan (reaha samet), saag pat, shaljiam, ghiya, turai, tenda, kadu, karela khaein aur ispaghol ka chilka do chamche neem gharam dodh mein mila kar raat sone se qabl istemal karein. Agar aanton ki harkat sust ho to “tar phala” aur harisa ke murabe ka istemal mufid hai.
Aanton ki harkat chust rakhne ke leye rozana 26 gram resha ghiza mein istemal karein aur 8 se 10 glass pani peyein. Wazish bhi qabz mein mufid hai. Warzish se asabko taqat milti hai. Ghiza ke ikhraj ka amal tez hota hai aur aanton ko harkat aur tehrik milti hai. Raat ke khane ke taqriban do ghante bad soein. Aanton mein kharish peda karne wale fazle ko naram karne wali adwiya ka istemal hamesha mualij ke mashware se karein. Aanton ki khushki ki sorat mein gulqand, ispaghol, roghan e badam aur roghan e zeton ka istemal mufid hai, tib e mashriqi mein har, saqmoniya aur halila ka sadyon se qabz ke ilaj ke leye istemal ho raha hai. Ab to maghirib mein bhi in se adwiya ban chuki hain.
