Garmi Danay In Urdu:
Mosam e garma mein jab tamazat e aftab ke bais jhulsa dene wali garmi parti hai to insane hi nahi hewan aur charin parin bhi aziyat mehsos karte hain. Garmi ka asar jismani qowaton par bhi parta hai, jis ke natije mein rozmarah ke kaamon mein susti ajati hai. Jism ki hararat barh jati hai aur piyas mein shidat paida hoti hai. Baz afrad ki zaban khushk ho kar talo se lag jati hai. Esa bhi hota hai ke honton ki surkhi ghayab ho kar siyahi aur beronaqi janam le leti hai. Pasina kasrat se behta hai jis ki wajah se jism pasine se sharabor ho jata hai.
Jab habs ki halat hoti hai to in taqalif mein izafah ho jata hai. Garmi Danay Se Bacho ki Tadabir:
• Garam ashiya se parhez kiya jaye.
• Garmi ki shidat se bacha jaye. Is tarah garmi kam hone se pasena kam aaye ga.
• Rozana subha sham ghusal kiya jaye, take jism meal kuchale se mehfooz rahe aur masamat ke band hone ka amkan na rahe.
• Masnoi reshe se bane howae kapre bhi hasasiyat (allergy) ka bais ban jate hain, in se ahtiyat ki jaye aur soti kapre istemal kiye jayen.
• Ghiza mein loki, turai, kadu, mong ki dal aur timatar khana mufed hain.
• Aamkhane ke bad khachi lasi zaror pi jaye, take aam khane se paida hone wali garmi ke asraat ko khatam kiya ja sake.
• Dhop mein chalne phirne se gurez karen aur pasena ziyadah aane ki sorat mein toliye ya soti kapre se jism ko saf karen.
• Kamzor afrad ko apni sehat ki tarah ziyadah tawajah deni chaheye.
• Garmi ke mosam mein anda, machli, achar aur coffee bhi kam pi jaye, kyun ke ye khoon mein hidat paida karte hain.
• Is mosam mein aalubukhara, lemo, anar, jaman, tarbuz, kharbuza aur neem ki nimboli khana garmi danon aur garmi se mehfooz rakhta hai. Jab shaded garmi ke bais garmi danay nikalte hian to intehai taqlifdah hote hain, lehaza in se mehfooz rehne ke leye mandaja bala tadabir ikhteyar kar li jayen to in se kafi had tak bacha ja sakta hai.

• Khaliq e kainat ne garmi se nikalne wale danon ke leye is se phele hi mosam e bahar mein gandum ke khetton mein shahtera ki boti paida ki, jis mein fasad e khoon aur hidat e khoon ki aslahh ke leye ajeeb khasiyat rahi hai. Tib ke tajurbaat shahid hain ke shahtera 6 gram adhe glass pani mein josh de kar chan kar sharbat e unba ke do chmache mila kar subah sham khane se qabal pina mufed hai aur bohat se marizon ko shifa hoi hai.
• Garmi danon ki jalan aur khatme ke leye beroni tor par phitkari aur kafor ka istemal bhi mufed hai. 6 gram phitkari ko pani mein mila kar ghusal kiya jaye. Chand roz tak ye ghusal danon k odor karne ke leye mufed hai.
